Payment policy

In order to confirm the reservation a deposit payment (30% of the total charge) is required.

Balance payment (70% of the total charge) is required 30 days before arrival.

All payments to be transferred to the owner's bank account in Greece.

400 euro security damage deposit to be paid upon arrival in cash. The damage deposit will be returned in cash if there is no damage to the accommodation.

Cancelation policy

No free cancellation is allowed for any special rate, special conditions apply.

For any cancellations that may occur, the owner will keep the deposit payment as a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee amounts to 30% of the total charge, equal to the deposit payment.

If the balance payment is not paid on time, the accommodation has the right to cancel the reservation. The cancellation fee amounts to 30% of the total charge, equal to the deposit payment.

Balance payment is non-refundable.

If the reservation is canceled in less than 30 days before arrival, the cancellation fee amounts to 100% of the total charge.

In case of no show or early departure 100% of the remaining days will be charged.
